Airbnb vs Booking.com Net Payout Calculator
Enter a stay and each platform's fees to compare your net payout, and see what rate Booking.com would need to match Airbnb. Defaults are typical; replace them with your own contract terms.
How the calculation works
Booking value = rate × nights + cleaning fee.
Airbnb payout = value × (1 − Airbnb fee). Booking.com payout = value × (1 − commission − payment fee). Matching rate = (Airbnb payout ÷ (1 − Booking fees) − cleaning) ÷ nights.
Worked example
€120 × 3 + €60 = €420. Airbnb at 15.5%: €354.90. Booking.com at 15% + 1.4%: €351.12. Airbnb pays €3.78 more; Booking.com would need about €121.51 per night to match.
